For nail glue, soak your fingertips in warm, soapy water with a few drops of oil for about 10 to 15 minutes, then try gently loosening the edges. If they don’t release easily, soak for longer. Follow the steps in our removal tutorial.

Yes, as long as you remove them carefully and care for them between uses. Remove any nail glue or gel tab residue, then store the clean, dry nails in their box. You can wear them again as long as they remain in good condition.

Remove gel tab residue with a cuticle stick. Gently file away dried glue from the underside of the press-on nails without filing into the nails themselves. Wash them with soapy water and let them dry completely before storing. Do not use acetone.

We don’t sell individual replacement nails. Contact us with your order number and let us know which nail is affected so we can review your request.
