Crave ships from France to the member states of the European Union and to Monaco, grouped into five zones.
- France. France, Monaco.
- Benelux. Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands.
- Europe. Austria, Germany, Italy, Poland, Portugal, Spain.
- Europe extended. Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden.
- Europe far. Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Greece, Malta, Romania.
Crave does not ship outside these countries, nor to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.
Rates and delivery times
You choose the delivery method at checkout. Delivery times are counted in business days from the day the parcel ships.

Delivery is free from 95 EUR, whatever the zone and the method. In Czechia, Denmark, Hungary, Poland, Romania and Sweden, delivery costs are shown and charged in the local currency.
Shipment
Your order ships on the business day after it is placed, Monday to Friday, excluding French public holidays.
Taxes
Prices include VAT. No customs duties apply in the countries served.
Delivery commitment
In all cases, Crave delivers within 30 days of the order at the latest (article L. 216-1 of the French Consumer Code).
