Time limit

You have 14 days from the day you, or a third party you designate other than the carrier, receive your order to withdraw without giving any reason. If the order arrives in several parcels, the period runs from receipt of the last one. You then have 14 days from your declaration to send the items back.

What can be returned

A set can be returned if the seal on its nail box is intact, whatever the condition of the cardboard sleeve and of the pouch of its application kit. Nail glue, cleansing pads and gel tabs sold on their own can be returned if their pouch is sealed. Nail files and buffers can be returned within 14 days; if they have been used, a deduction corresponding to the loss of value is applied. Once the seal of a set or the pouch of an accessory has been opened, the item can no longer be returned or exchanged, as the law excludes sealed goods unsealed after delivery from the right of withdrawal for hygiene reasons (article L. 221-28 5° of the French Consumer Code). This exclusion concerns the right of withdrawal only. A damaged or defective item is covered by the legal guarantees whatever the state of the seal, see the last section.

How to declare a return

To withdraw, use the Withdrawal page, reached from the Help menu in the footer of every page, and click "Withdraw from your order". You can also use the contact form with your order number, or send the form in the annex by email or by post to the contact details it states. Crave sends you an acknowledgment of receipt by email with the content, date and time of your declaration.

Return label and costs

For a return from France, Germany, Austria, Belgium, Spain or the Netherlands, a return label is sent to you by email and its cost, 4.90 EUR, is deducted from your refund if you use it. Otherwise, you return the parcel with a carrier of your choice, at your own cost. The return address is given in the acknowledgment of receipt. Keep the proof of shipment until the refund arrives.

Refund

Crave refunds you at the latest 14 days after being informed of your withdrawal, using the payment method of your order. The refund may be deferred until Crave receives the items or your proof of shipment, whichever comes first. If you return the whole order, the delivery costs of your order are refunded too, up to the cost of the least expensive delivery method offered for your country. If you return only part of it, they are not.

Damaged or defective item

An item that arrives damaged or defective, or that does not match your order, is covered by the legal guarantees described in the Terms of sale. Write to Crave through the contact form with your order number and photos. The item is replaced or refunded and the return costs are borne by Crave.
